When installing the system, two access users are given.
Master
This User is delivered to the director or president. Only he can setup record calls to extensions. We have developed this rule, otherwise, the IT administrator could record all users callings, even the company`s director or president. Only the User master can have access to call reports from all users.
Admin
This User is delivered to the IT administrator of the company, which will be responsible for technical administration of the entire system. This user does not have the ability to create other users, record calls, listen to recordings and review call reports.
So, using Phone2B, only the User master (password delivered to the administrator of the company) can access the telephone recordings. The system administrator can not record calls or have access to previously recorded calls. The security access is complete.
