The user inserts the audio files and then he can configure the IVR to play an audio on each shift (morning, afternoon or evening). After this is done setting the options that the client will enter certain action to occur, for example: Option 1 row forwards for the support, option 2 is for another IVR, option 3 goes to the extension of the desk, etc., everything very simple to configure.

Besides that, it is possible to detect if the call comes from a Fax machine, and configure it to forward the call wherever you want.
