Phone2Corp has the great feature of Virtual Meeting, in which a User may, through the Control Panel, schedule a conference between different branches within and outside the company, as well as landlines and mobile phones.
The User shall define date and time, specifying the way of how users will be notified about the meeting, which can be via SMS and/or e-mail. At the programmed meeting time, the selected numbers will be called and when the user answers it, he will be automatically connected to the virtual meeting.
It is possible to control the active participantes trough the control panel with the action possibilities such as blocking audio and disconnect or invite more people.
