Every made and received calls from Phone2Corp extensions can be queried and filtered by time, branch of origin, destination number, type of connection (incoming, outgoing, internal), status (answered, busy, not answered, failure), destination and trunk.

Queries are quickly made because all the call records are stored in a database system.

An excellent resource of Phone2Corp is the ability to listen calls directly by the report generated. Notice that the User, for security reasons, must have permission to listen those call records.
The call reports can be filtered by time, grouped by users, extensions, departments or trunks.
All reports generated can be exported to PDF or Excel.
