Reports

Every made and received calls from Phone2Bridge extensions can be queried and filtered by time, branch of origin, destination number, type of connection (incoming, outgoing, internal), status (answered, busy, not answered, failure), destination and trunk.

Listen calls directly from the calls report An excellent resource of Phone2Bridge is the ability to listen calls directly by the report generated. Notice that the User, for security reasons, must have permission to listen those call records.


The call reports can be filtered by time, grouped by users, extensions, departments or trunks.

All reports generated can be exported to PDF or Excel.

Due to the fact that the extensions are connected directly to the PABX, there is a limitation caused by the fact that Pabx does not inform Phone2Bridge about the status of extensions. On these ways, it is not possible to use the expansion modules and capturing group, but all other features are possible.
