Phone2Bridge has a complete extension management system. One option is the registration of the User telephones (fixed and mobile), and it will be part of the contact list of the system, allowing the routing of calls when Call Forwarding is activated.

Several features can be quickly activated at the extension editing screen, such as voicemail, call waiting, so-porter, electronic lock, the chief secretary, do not disturb and many others.

You can configure the extension in order to route calls, according to the working time, to different destinations, such as voicemail, department, another extension, IVR and various other options.

The system administrator can give certain permissions to call the extension and the time allowed, such as local calls, mobile, international, etc., may also choose working hours that the permission will be applied.
Due to the fact that the extensions are connected directly to the PABX, there is a limitation caused by the fact that Pabx does not inform Phone2Bridge about the status of extensions. On these ways, it is not possible to use the expansion modules and capturing group, but all other features are possible.
