In a conventional scenario integrated to GSM network, external users need phones with zero tariff to call SIM cards which were associated with central PABX analogue of the company. Each connection originated a busy SIM card, creating a problem where the external User needed to call to various SIM Cards in order to find one available.
To solve this problem, Phone2Bridge developed the CallBack feature, where the external User does not need a cell phone SIM card with zero tariff, because he can make a collect call to the main company number, which is never busy. If the origin number belongs to a group of numbers whoch are allowed in the CallBack, the connection is automatically finished, with no operating costs.

After that, Phone2Bridge will return the call to the User using this SIM card available, using the zero tariff plans for external users and also preventingeveral attempts to find a SIM card available by the external User.
In order to simplify this explanation, we will use the example of a User in Rio de Janerio that needs to call a mobile in Sao Paulo. Phone2Bridge system from this User is allocated in Sao Paulo, at the company headquarter.
1) User dial to the main company number.
2) Phone2Bridge recognizes an incoming call, checks if the number belongs to the group of users allowed to CallBack.
3) The connection is closed by the system.
4) The system automatically call the User back in Rio using the SIM card .
5) The User answers the call and it is transferred to an IVR, which will ask the User to inform the extension number whished, from his headquarter or any other that is interconnected by Phone2Bridge.
6) Then the call is transferred to the extension number. If the User of this extension is not available, the connection may also be transferred automatically to his mobile phone.
This feature produces great savings to the company, because this User call costs would be more expensive if he would call directly to the person who is in Sao Paulo.
