Valda
The company
Invented in 1902 by pharmacist Henri Canonne, Valda pastilles were one of the firsts pharmaceuticals industry in Brazil.
The plant is installed in an 10.000 m² area, in the district of Jacarepagua in Rio de Janeiro. It was built on several levels, adding 7.500m² of built area, and is designed specifically to meet the manufacturing needs with high tech performance.

The initial idea of Valda was to reduce costs and not be dependent of the PBX installed by telecom companies. With an average of 120 extensions, the first necessity to be considered was to use the same carrier code for outgoing calls.
With the last PABX, the administrator had no access to settings and reports of outgoing calls. In case of using the code of an operator that was not determined by Valda, the connection was completed with the code dialed by the user.

The solution
After the install of Phone2B, whether the carrier code dialed by the User, the calls are always using the carrier which provides the E1 service for the company, providing cost reductions on long distance and international calls, without the necessity of any change on the dialing process procedure by users.
In addition, the company initiated a pioneering project: Disabled people were hired to work from their homes, calling customers. Phone2B worked together with the system developed for this project, making calls automatically to these customers, without requiring physical efforts from the disabled workers..
Cabletech
The company
Founded in 1995, the Cabletech is reference in the segment of coaxial cables.
Cabletech has laboratories and high-capacity for coaxial cables production. The company is strategically installed since 2005 in its new industrial park in the city of Caçapava, São Paulo, and its large buildings are located in an area of 205,000 square meters.
They supply the Brazilian market and exports to Africa, Europe, North America and Mercosur.

The company had as main requirements the interconnection of its offices and laboratories, and improve the communication with employees who are outside the company.
The solution
Phone2B was implemented and could target the telephony system from those units, that even using only 1 Phone2B, could communicate with each other without costs and control/monitoring can be performed separately for each unit. The unified URA with ramifications for all companies from this group was fully configured by the IT manager of the company, which also administers this Phone2B. The reports and statements are generated per cost center, making it even easier the administration of telephony. Remote extensions are used by all directors, buyers and sellers who are always away on travels, home office or remote offices.
The savings in the phone bill was just another benefit that Phone2B brought to the group, which initially was intended only to realize the changes mentioned before.
Enesa Engenharia

Founded in May 1977, ENESA Engenharia SA is a Brazilian company, focused on engineering solutions for constructions, being present on large enterprises in the areas of petroleum, petrochemicals, power, steel, metallurgy, transport, cement, mining, fertilizers, paper and sugar canel.

Enesa Engenharia wished to reduce costs on outbound connections and provide interconnection between its subsidiaries.

After reviewing the customer needs, our sales and technical teams designed the perfect solution: the products installed were: Phone2Corp and Phone2Bridge, channelbanks, IP Phones and softphones, totaling 400 IP extensions, 4 E1 trunks and 8 analog lines. It provided the connection between the office (Sao Paulo) with the deposit (Sao Paulo) and 3 subsidiaries (Rio de Janeiro and Sao Luis do Maranhão). So, the customer communication and productivity improved.
The cost reduction was seen during the first assessment, because ,beyond this interconnection, they use also VoIP service provider for long distance and international calls. Phone2Business met not only the customer needs with full authority, but also released a huge number of other features, saving working time from Enesa`s Telephony Administrator.
The virtual meeting is one of the most used features by the company directors, because with this funcionality the directors can organize and manage their audio conferences in a better way.
